Background Pendlebury Care Limited is a private Company that was established in 2002 with the aims of providing a high quality of Residential Care and Education to young People from the ages of 11 to 17 years of age. Over these years Pendlebury Care has developed positive working relationships with Children's integrated Services, local Schools / Colleges and youth agencies who like us wish to achieve the highest positive outcomes for the young people whom we care for and in establishing strong links in the local community.                         Location Seaview House is situated on the Fleetwood promenade which displays panoramic views of the beach, Morcambe Bay and the Lake District. Seaview House itself is set in its own spacious grounds for the Young People to take advantage of and is only a short walk to the town or the local conveniences. Fleetwood can boast that it has excellent resources for the young people living in the local area such as Gym, Swimming Pool, 5-A-side pitch, boating lake, pitch and putt, and a local cinema to name but a few. These activities and pursuits are utilized by the young People on a daily basis through promotion and motivation by our experienced staff team.             Seaview House is a large 3 story detached house with rooms that are spacious and homely. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard with all the accessories that a young person could require. The home is mixed status that can accommodate up to 7 young people from the age of 11 up to their eighteenth birthday. The staff at Seaview are highly motivated with many years experience of caring for young people in a residential setting and are available for support 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Facilities are available for counselling, family advocacy or specialist help, with the young people being encouraged by staff to make the best use of them.
